 SHEILA MCHUGH-O'CONNELL, T.C.R.G. Sheila is a certified instructor with the North American Irish Dance Teachers Association, and she is a former stepdancing world champion finalist. She was the first and foremost United States Regional/National Champion and World Champion Competitor from the Delaware Valley area. She was the former Eastern Region 1st Place Senior Ladies' Champion and former 3rd place Senior Ladies' National Champion. Therefore, each class is limited to 8 to 10 children. She takes pride in operating a small, down-to-earth and family-oriented Irish dance school with her sister Tara Boyce, T.C.R.G.
